Seven patients having severe menstrual pains were allowed to do HUSLA winding(Curve) and stretching exercises two times per day for 15 minutes each.
After 4 weeks of exercise, six people said their menstrual pains has decreased significantly.
Thus, the period pains stemming from distorted pelves can be reduced through pelvic correction with the help of HUSLA exercise. In addition, as a result of making five patients suffering from digestive disorder and constipation do the winding and stretching exercise of HUSLA twice per day for 15 minutes each for 4 weeks, the exercise helped he stomach and bowels function properly and three of them achieved the desired effect in constipation.
