Curved pelvic ranges were measured before and after HUSLA winding and stretching exercise.
Before HUSLA exercise, seven patients fell in the range of between 75¡Æ and 90¡Æ, which is far below the average and only three patients have normal pelvic range.
After 4 weeks of exercise, only one person stayed in the previous pelvic range, three have increased around 10¡Æ, and six have improved 5¡Æ, so they have reached or neared the average pelvic range.
As a result, it was proven that the HUSLA winding/stretching exercise is effective in improving the flexibility in pelvic structures.
