Subject : Study on the effect of pelvic and lumbar vertebrae exercise using HUSLA

Purpose
It is rather difficult for women to exercise their pelvic and lumbar vertebrae areas.
This study was conducted to find out the changes to waist areas and potential benefits when exercising pelvic and lumbar vertebrae areas using "HUSLA" exercise chair.

Study Overview
1) Test Targets : Female college students who perform physical exercise on a regular basis (age between 20 and 26)
2) Measurement : measuring waist while standing straight with a tape-measure
3) Exercise : ¨ç Perform 10 reps of pelvic exercise with forward and backward movement
¨è Perform 10 reps of pelvic exercise with left and right incline movement
¨é Perform 10 reps of pelvic rotation exercise sideways
¨ê Perform 10 reps of above exercise as one set
¨ë Perform above 4 exercise pattern
                      - positioning hands on the waist
                      - Grabbing the grip with the hands
                      - with both hands tied up over head

(Exercise total of 120 times for 15 mins everyday)

°á°ú
After performing exercise using HUSLA for 15 mins everyday for 17 days,
check the waist size (cm) before and after exercise.

Test Notes
The test was conducted on female students who performed physical training on a daily basis.

It is rather difficult to exercise a specific body area exclusively such as waist and pelvis. Exercise was performed on the pelvic and lumbar vertebrae areas for 15 minutes everyday for 17 days.

It was possible to focus the exercise on the inside end of the pelvic and lumbar vertebrae area. The exercise helped the blood circulation of those muscles with relatively low application and improved metabolic activity drastically causing the tightening of waist area

Both sitting and standing postures are significantly improved as well as enhanced pelvic and lumbar vertebrae balance by exercising those muscles and this causes a reduction in waist size.

In addition, the stretching effect on these muscles was considerable.

This type of exercise is much more effective against hip area compared to those performed with unstable balance.

HUSLA is a highly effective fitness chair for shaping a beautiful bodyline.
