¢Á As it can be used with an easy mind listening to music, it can be enjoyed at any convenient time before going to bed.
While exercising with Husla, I can feel that around my waist has warmed up.
I felt good as if my waist stretched here and there.
Movement of waist is important in dancing of club activity. By using Husla, movement of hip joint can be felt, so I think that it also can be connected with enhancement of the function of dancing.

¢Á I can feel that I'm using my muscle by moving to right and left according to back and forth movement. Before when I use this chair, generally I could hardly feel use of waist when exercising. However from doing exercising with this chair, I can feel fresh around my belly. It can be used watching TV, it can be used without regular rule. I was very glad since my waist looked like slim, so I want to continue to use is in the future.

¢Á After training with Husla, I always feel that my body is tight and freshness has remained all in all even until next day.
In my thought, If a general person do being aware of his or her belly every day, it can be connected with size down gradually.

¢Á For some days of the first use of it, I had a little pain in abdominal muscle , back muscle and transverse and so on.
But it is disappeared if you continue to put more time.
I didn't know the effect until bones get straightened up, but when you are get used to it, it begins to take effect as the back is made to feel abdominal muscle.
Actually I've felt that there has been a change in my waist size of since one week.

¢Á My parents also began to exercise with Husla together with me, my father has improved in his lumbago and very pleased saying "This chair is excellent".
Even though my mother, saying that she knows nothing, but swigs in the chair every day.
It is different from other health equipment that it can be used continuously for a long time as this chair makes user do exercise watching TV with ease for a short time.
You don't need to have troubles since you can train yourself in a nature and a chair every day.

¢Á We did not know the effect of reducing waist size at first, but the size has been gradually reduced.
We checked out our waist size from time to time.
At the end of training after beginning, we felt as if waist was tighter(muscular).
There is no more wrick in waist after training and feel very comportable.
